Flat rates will be collected upfront upon acceptance of the commission, while the hourly rate will be determined and collected upon completion and receival of the finished piece.Refunds may be negotiated if commission is not completed or unsatisfactory.

Terms of Service

~ By accepting the terms of service you are giving permission to share the artwork on social media, in commission price examples and in advertisements.
Your character or piece will NOT be used in any way for outside financial gain (I.E prints, merch, etc).
If there is any reason you do not want your piece shown, please tell me in advance. If you see your piece in an ad and do not want it there, let me know and it will not appear in future ads or examples.~ You MUST have a clear digital reference.
Cell shaded/non-painted flatcolor references are preferred.~ Work on your art piece will begin upon receiving the full flat rate of your desired commission.~ I charge an hourly rate of $10, to be calculated and collected upon completion of your artpiece. A watermarked version will be sent to ensure satisfaction with the end result, and the full unmarked image will be sent to you upon receiving the hourly cost.~ Failure to complete payment of your commission will have you blacklisted from further purchases from me.~ Refunds are accepted and negotiable, however; If you try to scam a refund, you will be blacklisted and blocked.
You will also lose all rights to the piece I made for you and I have the right to use the pose in a YCH to make up for the lost revenue.~ I give permission for you to repost your commissioned pieces to your FA/Toyhou.se/Tumblr/Twitter/etc account only if proper credit is given. A link to my social medias would be preferred, but a simple "Artwork by Poparte" is acceptable.~ Do not claim any of my artwork as your own.~ Do not trace or heavily reference my artwork for any commercial gain.~ DO NOT resell or use my artwork for any form of NFTs or AI training. You WILL be blacklisted, blocked, and warned of to other artists.~ Any adopts I may sell CAN be resold at the same or lower price than they were originally bought, and you must link back to me as the original creator.~ You may ask to refund an adopt you've bought from me, however you will lose the rights to the design entirely and I have the right to resell it at my discretion. If caught using the design after refund, you will be blacklisted from any further purchases.~ I allow 1 revision for free per-phase. (ex. 1 for sketch/linework, 1 for color, and 1 for final touches.) Any further revisions may warrant a revision fee depending on the extremity of the adjustment. Any mistakes of my own fault will be revised for free. (ex. Incorrect colors, pattern, or anatomy that I was already provided the correct example for.)~ I try to complete commissions in 1 Month or under. However, in case of emergency, please allow me up to 3 Months to complete your art piece. You will be notified if there are any potential delays in the completion of your piece extending past the deadline above. You are always welcome to ask for progress reports at any time to ensure your piece is being worked on, and I will do my best to keep you in the loop!~ If I fail to complete your commission entirely for any reason, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund, calculated depending on how much time spent and progress has been made on the piece. Cancelling your commission follows the same rule.~ IF you are purchasing an art piece from me that is NSFW, you MUST be at least 18 years of age. Breaking this rule will result in an immediate blacklist, ban, and other artists WILL be warned of you.~ If you have read and accept my terms of service, please add "(~)" to the end of your commission request. Commissions will not be accepted without proof you've read and understand the above rules.
